Fulham’s 17-year-old sensation Ryan Sessegnon scored again as the Championship side kept their automatic promotion dreams alive with a 3-0 win over Millwall.

The defender-turned-winger reacted fastest to a spilled shot in the penalty area, with further goals from Kevin McDonald and Aleksandar Mitrovic sealing the win.

Sessegnon’s strike sees him move onto 15 league goals for the season – one of just two players aged under 23 in the top four divisions to reach the milestone – as he again justified his place on the PFA Young Player of the Year shortlist.

Just to reiterate how good Sessegnon has been – and how young he is – just look at the players he is up against for that award:

His exploits on Friday night got people thinking… specifically, should England take him to the World Cup?

What’s the worst that can happen?

Oh.
