It’s probably fair to say that Bastian Schweinsteiger’s move from Manchester United to Chicago Fire was pretty big news.
Even if you’re not a football fan, you still probably heard about it. Especially if you live in America. And even more so if you live in Chicago.
But that seemingly wasn’t the case for one lady who spotted the Chicago Fire team on their way to take on Toronto FC in Major League Soccer this weekend.
Spotting the squad donning their black and red Fire tracksuits, the lady asked for a photo with the team. Except she made an enormous faux pas when handing the camera to one of the players.
Yup, that’s right, she asked World Cup winner Bastian Schweinsteiger to take the picture.
Fortunately for her, Twitter user Eric Gehrig caught the moment perfectly, and she will now always have this image, which is obviously far better than the one on her camera.
