Ari Kum has a bright future ahead of him.
The 6-year-old recently came to light after a video of him playing football in his garden was posted online.
In the video, young Ari shows off his dazzling footwork, impressive shooting skills and even better Ronaldo-esque stepovers, all of which have attracted clubs from across Europe including Manchester City, who have since invited him for a trial.
“Ari is a good kid, and to be fair the moment he walked in at my academy at age 4, it was obvious,” said his coach at the Australasian Soccer Academy, Tony Basha.
“When this kid came in I told my missus “I like the kid”. I’m a good judge of players, it’s the way he walks, his touch and movement and brain for a little kid, he had something different, looks like a star, he’s special.”
Kum will leave on January 28 to spend a fortnight at City’s academy facilities, before trying out at Juventus and Real Madrid.
